More… The Adopt-A-Spot Program is a program that allows individuals, groups, or organizations to adopt a public space in Alamogordo and help to keep it clean and beautiful. The program is a great way to get involved in the community and to make a difference. To participate in the Adopt-A-Spot Program, you must first fill out an application form. The application form can be found on the Adopt-A-Spot Page on the City of Alamogordo website. Once your application is approved, you will be assigned a park or other public space to adopt. As an Adopt-A-Spot volunteer, you will be responsible for cleaning up your assigned space on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for reporting any damage or graffiti to the Alamogordo Parks & Recreation Department. The Adopt-A-Spot Program is a great way to get involved in the community and to make a difference. By participating in the program, you can help to keep Alamogordo clean and beautiful.Less…
