  2. Please read the following carefully before submitting this request:
    • This form is for requesting permission to cross City of Alamogordo-owned Bonito Lake property for the purpose of accessing adjacent hunting areas.  This permit does NOT grant permission to hunt on City property. Hunting on City-owned Bonito Lake property is strictly prohibited.
    • Access is granted at the sole discretion of the City of Alamogordo and may be revoked at any time.
    • Submitting this form does not guarantee access.
    • All applicable hunting regulations and license requirements must be adhered to.
    • Access will be granted for foot traffic only. No vehicles (including ATVs, UTVs, etc.) are permitted on City property without prior written approval.
    • Please allow five (5) business days for processing. You will be notified of the status of your request via Email or phone.

  6. Acknowledgement and Agreement:

    I understand and agree to the following:

    • I am requesting permission to cross the City of Alamogordo-owned Bonito Lake property to access adjacent hunting areas.
    • I understand that hunting is strictly prohibited on City-owned Bonito Lake property.
    • I will abide by all applicable hunting regulations and license requirements.
    • I will access the property on foot only. No vehicles (including ATVs, UTVs, etc.) are permitted without prior written approval.
    • I understand that access may be revoked at any time.
    • I release the City of Alamogordo from any liability for injuries or damages incurred while crossing the property.
