   1. Complete and submit this form to request an animal enrichment party package. 

   2.  Visit the zoo gift shop or call within 3 days of submitting the form to confirm your reservation and pay for the party. 

   3.  Price is $150.00. The zoo accepts cash and debit/credit cards.

   4.  Please note that the availability of your chosen animal cannot be guaranteed. We may need to substitute with a different animal for their well-being. Your understanding is appreciated.

    1. Includes a Zookeeper talk.

    2.  Includes a bucket of duck food. (Additional buckets $10.00 each.)

    3.  10% discount for annual pass holders.

    4.  15% off any item in the gift shop for the birthday child. 

    5.  Animal enrichment program with a chosen animal. Includes an enrichment item for the animal for the party guests to watch and enjoy. (Choose animal below.)

    1. I understand that, according to zoo rules, alcohol, glass of any kind, balloons, confetti, glitter, and piñatas are not allowed in the Zoo.
    2. I understand that, according to zoo rules, children must always be accompanied by an adult.
