Party Package (during Public Swim Session)

Party packages are available during public swim sessions only. The package is for two hours and up to 20 people. All pool rules and policies apply, including age restrictions, adult supervision and deep end tests for youth. Participants must set-up and clean-up within the allotted 2-hour pool session period.

Party includes:

• Private pool party area directly adjacent to pool (not the public/pool patio area). Space is an outdoor, open-air room that is semi-shaded with umbrellas (it is NOT air conditioned or fan-cooled). The space does have a mix of sun and shade which is dependent on time of day (earlier in the day is sunnier, later is more shaded). 
• Recreation pool, splash pad and locker room use during  the designated public swim session (does not include fitness/lap lane area). 
• Pool amenities (i.e., big slide and deep end) may not be available simultaneously during a public session dependent on lifeguard staffing (we do not guarantee full amenities as staff may call out unexpectedly due to illness, family emergencies...). Note: youth will have to pass a deep end test (once per season) in order to swim in the deep end. 
• Tables, chairs, loungers and umbrella

Package Fees

• Two-Hour Package: $175 (2-hour maximum).

Party Package Availability

• June 2 - Aug 30, 2025, we will book one party package per day during a Public Swim Session ONLY. 
• Check the Monthly Pool Session Schedule for session days and times. 

Private Pool Party Rental 

Individuals interested in a private pool rental must complete and submit a written request form at least two weeks prior to the event. Requests are not guaranteed at the time of submission, they require Aquatic Coordinator review and approval to ensure pool and staff availability. Private pool rentals are not finalized until a permit has been issued and rental fee have been paid.

The base rental package is for two hours and up to 60 people. The rental includes the east end of the pool (3'- 4.5' in depth), the big slide, and the splash pad area. There are added fees for additional participants (see below).  All pool rules, including age restrictions, apply.  Rental includes:

• Private pool use - east end of the pool (3' - 4.5' in depth), the big slide, and splash pad.
• Pool patio area - outside food and beverages may be brought in and served in this area only (no on-site grilling,  available or allowed).
• Lifeguard supervision

Rental Fees

• Two-Hour Rental: $275.00 (up to 60 people, east end of pool, the splash pad, and the big slide)
• Additional Participant: $90.00 for each additional 30 people (max of 240 people)

Private Rental Availability

• Available for a two hour period Saturday and Sunday evenings (details below). Private pool rentals require Aquatic Coordinator approval which is dependent on pool and lifeguard availability. 
  • Sundays:        June & July, no private party rentals July 5th or 6th, 2025 
  • Saturdays:     June, July & August, no private party rentals July 5th or 6th, 2025   
  • Two Hour Period Options:     5:00 - 7:00 PM   OR   5:30 -7:30 PM
