Short straightforward poses, breathing and relaxation techniques anyone can do. Friendly for all levels; modifications provided. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. Wear warm comfortable clothing. Taught by Certified Yoga Instructor, Leslee Ames-Rogers.
